User Data Deletion Instructions

Launch Local Everywhere Trust, doing business as Launch Local Everywhere ("LLE"), provides the following process for requesting deletion of personal information and information received through connected services, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

Disconnect a connected social account

  1. Sign in to LLE and open the affected domain or workspace.
  2. Open the Social panel and locate the connected Facebook Page, Instagram profile, Threads profile, or other social account.
  3. Select the disconnect or remove action and confirm it.

Disconnecting prevents future LLE API access and removes or makes unusable the stored provider credential associated with that connection. You may also revoke LLE from the provider's apps-and-websites or business-integration settings.

Include the email address used for LLE, the affected domain or workspace, and the connected Page or profile name. Provide only the information reasonably needed to identify the account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card numbers, or other authentication secrets.

What happens next

LLE will verify the requester's authority, identify the applicable records, delete or de-identify information that is not required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or another lawful purpose, and revoke or remove stored provider credentials. We ordinarily complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to lawful extensions. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs until routine deletion.

When LLE processes information on behalf of an LLE customer, we may refer the request to that customer because the customer determines how the information is used.
